Hi, I’m Danny, a Certified Peak Performance Coach and Chronic Pain Specialist based in New York.

For over a decade, I’ve been guiding driven entrepreneurs, business leaders, and athletes to achieve peak performance while overcoming chronic pain and burnout.

Having personally battled Grade 1-2 spondylolisthesis, herniated discs, and long bouts of burnout, I refused to accept “just manage it” or “take it easy” as my reality. Instead, I created a science-backed approach blending elite strength training, precision nutrition, and advanced recovery strategies to help others transform pain into power and unlock their full potential.
